What does an end of tenancy clean include?
The agreed clean covers the rooms and tasks listed in your quote. Our options include kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surfaces, skirting boards, internal windows and floors. Oven, cupboard, carpet and exterior cleaning depend on your chosen package and agreed extras.
How much will my clean cost?
The package prices above are indicative guide ranges. The final price depends on property size, condition and the work required. We confirm your total and inclusions before you book.
Does the clean guarantee my deposit back?
We help prepare your property for handover, but the return of your deposit depends on your tenancy, the property condition and other factors. Our guarantee covers eligible re-cleaning, rather than the return of your deposit.
What does the 72-hour free re-clean cover?
If your landlord or letting agent identifies a cleaning issue within 72 hours, contact us with the details. We will review it and arrange a free re-clean of eligible affected areas included in your agreed service. Confirm reporting requirements and exclusions when booking.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally, remove your belongings before the appointment. Furniture staying for the next tenant can remain. Empty any cupboards and appliances that need to be cleaned inside, and tell us about access or parking restrictions.
Do your cleaners bring products and equipment?
Yes. Our team brings the cleaning products and equipment needed for your agreed end of tenancy clean.
Can I book a weekend or arrange key collection?
Tell us your preferred date and how the team can access the property. Appointments are available seven days a week, subject to availability. Any key collection or other access arrangements are agreed before the clean.
How long will the cleaning take?
The time needed depends on property size, condition and the tasks included. Ask for an estimated duration when arranging your quote, especially if you have a checkout appointment to work around.
